Job Description

  • Manage and supervise the Production Maintenance team, setting clear KPIs for machine uptime, defining technical responsibilities, and monitoring shift performance to minimize Mean Time to Repair (MTTR).

  • Develop team capabilities through targeted technical training—specifically in PLC logic, robotics, hydraulics, and pneumatics—identifying skill gaps to ensure the team can handle complex automated systems.

  • Lead the execution of preventive, predictive (CBM), and corrective maintenance specifically for manufacturing assets, CNC machinery, assembly lines, and specialized tooling to ensure 24/7 operational readiness.

  • Oversee the delivery of critical production utilities (compressed air, high-pressure steam, industrial cooling, and power distribution) at the machine level, ensuring supply consistency and energy efficiency through direct management or vendor SLAs.

  • Drive strict adherence to manufacturing standards and Lean methodologies, serving as the lead for Lean Total Productive Maintenance (LTPM) to foster operator-led maintenance and continuous improvement culture.

  • Monitor Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) and real-time process performance; identify bottlenecks, reduce scrap rates, and implement engineering solutions for enhanced throughput and cycle-time optimization.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics).

  • Experience: +1 years of experience in a maintenance leadership or senior technical role, Strong background in the Automotive industry or Wiring Systems is highly preferred.

  • Language: Full Professional English Proficiency; must be able to document technical processes and communicate effectively with management.

  • Core Skills:

    • Technical Management: Proven ability to lead maintenance technicians and coordinate complex task lists.

    • LTPM & Lean Tools: Practical experience in implementing Lean Total Productive Maintenance to reduce downtime.

    • Vendor Coordination: Skilled in managing external service providers and technical contractors.
