Job Description

  • Analyze the sales process and identify improvement opportunities
  • Conduct market and competitor analysis
  • Prospect and qualify new leads
  • Support the development and optimization of the sales strategy
  • Monitor sales performance and prepare reports
  • Participate in client meetings, negotiations, and sales activities
  • Develop a final-year project related to sales performance and growth

Qualifications

  • Final-year student in Business, Management, Marketing, or a related field
  • Strong interest in sales, business development, and strategy
  • Good analytical and communication skills
  • Proactive, autonomous, and results-oriented
  • Ability to work independently and within a team
