About this role

We are looking for a talented Analyst to join the Credit Operations Department at MD Finance.


In this role, you will play a key role in transforming data into actionable insights that will help support and improve the business effectiveness. You will work closely with marketing, operation, risks and collection, helping to  optimize data-driven sales strategies and operations into measurable effective business results.

Main Responsibilities:
- Responsibility for all business efficiency analysis.
- Collect and process data from the multiple systems and related sources. 
- Analyze trends in key metrics as: conversions and funnels, customers segments, funnels efficiencies for multiple channels, collection rates and successful deals. 
- Develop clear and simple dashboards (SQL, Power BI, Tableau).
- Analyze customer experience and provide the recommendations for improvement.
- Identify bottlenecks and provide recommendations to improve business efficiency.
- Implementation of a continuously updated reporting and analytics system.

Professional Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of proven experience as an analyst in an international company.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets (pivot tables, complex formulas, data visualization).
- Strong knowledge of SQL.
- Experience with BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
- Continuous improvement mindset, critical-thinking, problem-solving, and ability to work with large datasets.
- Proven experience in business efficiency analysis and process optimization.
- Ability to translate data into actionable business recommendations.
- Proactive attitude and readiness to build processes from scratch and suggest improvements.
