Job Description

We are looking for a Software Developer to build and implement functional programs. You will work with other Developers and Product Managers / Product Coordinators throughout the software development life cycle.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Performs technical support activities related to test with engineering approaches to effectively respond to each work request in term of productivity improvement, quality and cost.
• Establishes appropriate performance report.
• Improve Test code development to test Hard Disk Drive, validation to ensure test code quality.
• Supervises technicians in responsibility to accomplish job in most effective way.
• Performs related work as assigned
• Co-ordinates with other sections including oversea organization concerning technical issues related to the product.
• Supervises Engineer in team to solve the problem effective way.
• Identify and record any problems relating to Testcode, product, process, tooling, and quality system.
• Verify the implementation of solutions.
• Initiate action to prevent the occurrence of any non-conformities relating to the product, process, equipment, and quality system

This position is part of our Early Career program at WD. Our Early Career program is designed to support individuals beginning their professional career by providing the foundational training through a structured onboarding, mentorship, and development curriculum.

Qualifications

REQUIRED:

We warmly welcome fresh graduates, and talents with 0–2 years of experience are encouraged to apply.

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree or master’s degree in Computer engineering or computer science, Electronic Engineering, Computer Engineering, and Artificial Intelligence, or equivalent experience
• 0-2 years of work experience in a related field

SKILLS:

• Must have knowledge of C++, C, and Python
• Able to work independently.
• Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning, Generative AI,  Python knowledge (It will be an advantage)
• Excellent logical thinking, problem-solving, and attention to details
• Strong motivation and enthusiasm for professional development
• Demonstrate a good level of English proficiency (written/verbal)
