We're looking for a dynamic and results-driven Assistant Team Leader to join our organization in Chennai, India. In this role, you will support senior leadership in managing team operations, driving performance, and fostering a collaborative work environment. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership capabilities, organizational excellence, and a commitment to developing team members while maintaining operational efficiency.

• Assist in overseeing daily team operations and ensuring adherence to organizational standards and procedures
• Monitor team performance metrics and provide constructive feedback to drive continuous improvement
• Support the recruitment, onboarding, and training of new team members
• Mentor and coach team members to enhance their skills and career development
• Facilitate effective communication between the team and senior management
• Identify and resolve operational challenges and bottlenecks in a timely manner
• Contribute to the development and implementation of process improvements and efficiency initiatives
• Conduct performance reviews and maintain accurate documentation of team activities
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
• Assist in scheduling, resource allocation, and workload management

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in a team leadership, supervisory, or team coordination role
• Proven ability to manage and motivate diverse teams in a fast-paced environment
• Strong leadership and decision-making skills with a professional and decisive approach
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in time management and organizational planning
• Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and analytical thinking
• Experience with performance management and employee development
• Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with project management tools
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high-quality standards
• Preferred: Experience with conflict resolution and data analysis tools
