Job Summary: Seeking a Wiring & Assembly Specialist responsible for electrical and pneumatic wiring and assembly for robotic laser systems.
Essential Duties:
- Assemble and wire control panels, I/O, and enclosures, including pneumatic components.
- Connect and install electrical components such as PLCs, relays, switches, and terminals.
- Perform mechanical assembly of automation components.
- Conduct inspections, wiring tests, and troubleshoot issues.
- Read schematics, blueprints, and work orders for assembly instructions.
- Collaborate with engineers and customers to test robotic systems.
- Maintain material lists and update Bills of Material.
- Operate hand tools and move materials as needed.
- Assist with other projects as required.
Required Skills:
- High school diploma with 1+ year experience in control panel wiring.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and tool operation skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of electrical concepts, schematics, and multimeter usage.
- Familiarity with electromechanical and automation equipment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Rockwell/Allen Bradley, AutoCAD, and industrial robots.
