Manual QA - Mobile App Performance Test

Company Description

An Enterprise client operating one of the world’s largest consumer-facing digital platforms is seeking a detail-oriented Manual QA Tester to support mobile application testing initiatives on a project basis. The client delivers high-scale mobile experiences to a global user community and continuously invests in improving application quality, performance, reliability, and user experience across devices and markets.

This role will support testing activities focused on validating mobile application behavior, identifying issues affecting user experience, and ensuring stable performance across multiple environments and device configurations. Candidates will collaborate with globally distributed teams and contribute to maintaining a seamless experience for users interacting with highly dynamic mobile products.

Job Description

• Execute manual testing activities for mobile applications across multiple device types and supported environments
• Validate mobile application functionality, usability, responsiveness, and performance during testing cycles
• Identify, reproduce, document, and report defects with clear details and actionable findings
• Perform functional and exploratory testing to uncover issues affecting application quality and user experience
• Execute structured test cases and provide timely updates on testing progress and observed behaviors
• Verify application performance under different scenarios and report inconsistencies or degradation in user experience
• Maintain accurate testing documentation and communicate findings effectively to local and global stakeholders
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support testing priorities and project delivery timelines
• Support ad hoc testing requests based on release schedules and operational needs

Qualifications

• Must be currently based in Masovia (Mazowieckie), Poland
• Proven experience in Manual QA, mobile application testing, or software testing
• Experience performing functional testing; exposure to mobile performance testing is highly preferred
• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify, reproduce, and document issues accurately
• Comfortable working with structured testing processes and providing timely reporting on findings and progress
• IT background preferred
• Native or fluent Polish language skills required
• Ability to communicate in English within an international team environment
• Comfortable working independently while maintaining high quality standards

Additional Information

Must be willing to report to the client’s local office in Masovia, Poland, where testing devices and required equipment will be provided. Transportation expenses for onsite sessions will be covered.

Work volume may vary week by week and is not guaranteed. Candidates should be comfortable with flexible project allocation and availability based on testing demand.
