Replenit is a fast-growing AI startup building autonomous decision systems. We help companies decide what should happen next for each customer, across replenishment, cross-sell, churn, and lifecycle decisions.
We've proven the model. We're growing 50% QoQ. Now we need someone to crack open the top of the funnel across Europe.
The Role This isn't a script-reading, dial-and-pray gig. You're the tip of the spear for our European outbound motion, working alongside our Co-Founders, CRO, CMO and regional GTM leads to find, qualify, and book conversations with the brands that should already be using Replenit.
You'll get real ownership: pick your accounts, craft the angle, run the sequence, and watch your meetings turn into pipeline. Hit your numbers and the path to AE is short, clear, and well paved.
Your Success Metrics
- Qualified Meetings Booked: Volume and quality.
- Pipeline Generated: Meetings, opportunities, ARR sourced.
- SQL Conversion Rate: Are your meetings actually serious?
- Activity Discipline: Consistency beats heroics.
What You'll Actually Do
- Prospect: Identify and research the right European accounts (Beauty, Fashion, CPG, Retail).
- Outbound: Run multi-channel sequences across email, LinkedIn, phone, and video that don't feel like spam.
- Qualify: Run discovery calls that separate "curious" from "ready to buy."
- Hand Off: Brief AEs cleanly so deals don't lose momentum between your call and theirs.
- Iterate: Test messaging, share what works, kill what doesn't. The playbook is yours to shape.
Language Requirement
- One European Language: Native or C1+ in a major European market language French(Preffered), German, Spanish, Italian, Polish, Dutch, or similar. Every prospect call, every email, every LinkedIn DM in your home market.
- English: Professional working proficiency

- 1 to 3 years of experience in outbound SDR / BDR roles (B2B SaaS preferred).
- Track Record: You've consistently hit meeting and pipeline targets.
- Tooling: Comfortable with Salesforce / HubSpot, Outreach / Apollo / Lemlist, LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Communication: You write emails people actually open and reply to.
- Location:
Remote anywhere in Europe.
Warsaw is our preferred hub. If you're there or willing to relocate, even better. Strong candidates from any European city will be considered.
