The Role

This isn't a "wait for marketing to fill your calendar" role. You're a hunter-closer working shoulder to shoulder with our founders and regional GTM leads to land and expand iconic accounts across Europe.

You'll own the full cycle: from first cold touch to signed contract, then partner with our onboarding team to make sure the deal you sold becomes the case study we brag about.

Your Success Metrics

  • New MRR / ARR: How much revenue you bring in. The number doesn't lie.
  • Pipeline Velocity: How fast you move a discovery call to a signature.
  • Win Rate: Every deal sharpens the playbook. Quality over noise.
  • Net Retention: Your deals don't just close. They grow.

What You'll Actually Do

  • Hunt: Run outbound across your home market and beyond, work your network, partner with SDRs to source pipeline you actually believe in.
  • Close: Own the full cycle from first touch to contract negotiation.
  • Partner: Work hand in hand with onboarding so the "AI promise" becomes "data reality" for every client you sign.
  • Sharpen: Feed every deal, won or lost, back into the European playbook.
  • Choose Your Path: Stay elite as an IC, or step up to lead when the team grows. Both seats exist.

Language Requirement

  • One European Language: Native or C1+ in a major European market language (French is a plus, German, Spanish, Italian, Polish, Dutch, or similar). This is your home turf, where you'll do most of your closing.
  • English: Professional working proficiency (mandatory for internal collaboration and cross-market deals).

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales (closing roles).
  • Domain Bonus: MarTech, RetailTech, or Beauty Tech experience is a strong plus.
  • Track Record: You've hit (and beaten) quota in a high-growth environment.
  • Communication: You can present to a CMO in the morning and debate with a technical buyer in the afternoon.
  • Location:
    Remote anywhere in Europe.
    Warsaw is our preferred hub. If you're there or willing to relocate, even better. Excellent candidates from any European city will be considered.
