Recall Masters, the industry leader in automotive recall management solutions, is growing! We're seeking a hands-on Marketing Execution Lead to join our team at our Laguna Hills, CA headquarters. 

The Marketing Execution Lead is a production-focused role responsible for personally creating the design assets, digital content, and marketing materials that drive how Recall Masters shows up in the market. This role is not a strategy position and not a team management role. Success is measured by the quality, consistency, and impact of the work produced. The ideal candidate is a skilled marketing operator who takes pride in excellent output, works with speed and discipline, and thrives with real ownership and minimal hand-holding.

What You'll Do: 

• Create one-pagers, sales decks, case studies, brochures, email graphics, and ad creative 

• Own website updates, landing pages, and layout improvements 

• Produce advertising and promotional assets across digital and print channels 

• Build and maintain sales enablement materials: battlecards, pitch decks, and proposal support 

• Maintain brand consistency across all customer-facing and market-facing channels 

• Translate direction from leadership into polished, market-ready assets, on deadline, every time 

• Support executive and sales team needs including board decks, event materials, and product announcements 
  
  

What We're Looking For: 

1. Design Execution - You are proficient in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or Canva Pro and produce polished, professional assets without needing a designer to clean up your work. 
2. Copy Instincts
   - You write clear, persuasive, on-brand copy. You understand positioning, you don't do corporate filler, and you know when a headline isn't working. 
3. Digital Competency - You are comfortable making meaningful website updates and building landing pages in Webflow, WordPress, or a similar CMS without waiting on someone else. 
4. Salesforce Awareness - You understand how marketing activity connects to pipeline and can work comfortably alongside a sales team that runs on Salesforce.com. 
5. High Standards - You notice when something looks off and fix it before anyone asks. Quality is a personal standard, not a checklist. 
6. Speed and Accountability - You deliver finished work on time, take feedback without drama, and don't need constant direction to stay productive. 
   
   

Compensation: 

Base Salary: $100,000-$115,000 annually, depending on experience. 

Performance Bonus - tied directly to deliverables and outcomes. If your work moves the needle, that's reflected in your compensation.

Other Requirements 

Must be able to work from the Recall Masters office. This position is eligible to US citizens physically residing in the US. Any offer of employment is contingent upon background, drug screen, and reference checks.
