Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Support implementation of a specialized recovery software

• Establish operating cost recovery rates for Tenants, based on reviews and interpretation of tenant leases (all asset classes)

• Reconcile lease shortfall, ensuring property slippage is understood and can be explained.

• Assist Asset Management and Leasing to establish additional rates for non – standard leases.

• Assist with the set up of new properties and development transfers for Tenant Recoveries

• Work closely with Property Accountants and Lease Administrators to ensure constant communication and mutual support. Establish and preserve proper maintenance of files and documents.

• Partner with Asset Management, Property Operations, Leasing and other departments as required.

• Assistance with ad-hoc projects as required.

Job Qualifications: • Graduate / Post Graduate in Accounting

• Minimum 2 - 5 years of domain knowledge and experience

• Excellent written, and verbal communication skills combined with an approachable manner Strong analytical skills with excellent attention to detail.

• Excellent organizational skills.

• A self-starter with the ability to work independently.

• Strong computer skills, specifically with Excel.

• Strong sense of responsibility and “ownership of the role”.

Bachelors Degree in Commerce
