Job Description

  • Must have good problem solving, decision making & analytical skills.
  • Manages team performance.
  • Provide effective coaching and constructive feedback to subordinates.
  • Performs administrative tasks for Operational support.
  • Lead teams into achieving metric goals, complete monthly deliverable and tasks 

Qualifications

RPA qualifications:

  • Bachelor university degree in Engineering/Computer Science.
  • Must have atleast 3 years of IT experience and having good understanding of programming concepts.
  • Must have programming background on any coding language (preferably .Net)
  • Must have 1 year experience on RPA tools (Blue Prism/Automation Anywhere/ UIPath)

Project Manager qualifications:

  • Must be a College graduate.
  • Must have at least 5 years end-to-end  Project Management experience.

IT roles qualifications:

  • (Team Lead) - Must have at least 5 years IT/Helpdesk experience, with 2 years supervisory role experience.
  • (Team Manager) - Must have at least 8 years experience in IT in a BPO setting with 3 years managerial role.
