Experience Managing a team of agents

Experience working on a GDS system

Well versed with travel terminologies 

Should be open to work in rotational shifts

Experience working in the Travel industry

Ensuring 100% target are met month on month

Managing headcount requirements against budget

Qualifications

Grade 12
