Job Description

En tant que coordinateur(trice) de production, vous mettrez à profit vos excellentes compétences organisationnelles et communicationnelles pour apporter un soutien continu aux superviseurs VFX, aux artistes VFX et aux producteurs afin de fournir des effets visuels époustouflants à nos clients. Vous organiserez et participerez aux réunions clients (Cinesync/Skype) et aux séances de visionnage quotidiennes, en prenant des notes sur les informations clés à transmettre aux autres membres de l'équipe. Vous assurerez également la maintenance des bases de données et le suivi précis des plans et des ressources. Votre capacité à gérer de multiples demandes de production et clients sera essentielle, et votre proactivité face aux délais serrés sera indispensable à l'équipe.

Compétences clés :

• Expérience en planification VFX efficace
• Attitude positive et orientée solutions
• Au moins un an d'expérience pertinente dans un environnement VFX
• Maîtrise des logiciels suivants : Shotgun, Microsoft Office, FTP, Mac et Windows, et notions de base de Linux

Putting you’re incredible organisational and communications skills to good use, as Production Coordinator you’ll be providing ongoing support to VFX Supervisors, VFX artist and Producers to deliver stunning VFX shots to our clients. You’ll be organising and participating in client Cinesync/Skype calls and dailie sessions, taking notes of key information to relay to other team members. In addition to maintain databases & accurately keeping track of shots/assets. Your ability to manage multiple production/client requests will be essential and your can-do attitude toward tight deadlines indispensable to the team.

Key skills

• Experience in effective VFX scheduling
• Positive attitude and solution oriented
• 1+ years of relevant experience in a VFX environment
• Previous exposure to and/or proficient knowledge of: Shotgun, Microsoft Office applications, FTP software, Mac and Windows literate, Basic Linux
