Job Summary

We are seeking an enthusiastic and organized Entry Level Event Coordinator to support the planning and execution of promotional events, community outreach initiatives, and customer engagement activities. This position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to begin a career in event coordination while developing valuable leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with coordinating event logistics, schedules, and event materials.
  • Welcome attendees and provide information about event activities and services.
  • Help ensure events operate efficiently and according to established plans.
  • Coordinate with team members to support event objectives and customer engagement efforts.
  • Monitor event activities and assist with resolving operational issues as they arise.
  • Maintain accurate event records and project documentation.
  • Assist with post-event evaluations and reporting.
  • Support promotional campaigns and outreach initiatives associated with events.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, Communications, or a related field is a plus.
