Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Events and Sales Assistant to join our team. This role offers an exciting opportunity for an energetic individual who is passionate about event coordination and sales support to contribute to the success of our organization. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in assisting with the planning and execution of events, supporting the sales team in driving revenue growth, and ensuring excellent client service at all stages. 

Responsibilities

  • Assist in planning and coordinating company events and sales activities.
  • Manage communication with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
  • Support the sales team by preparing sales materials and presentations.
  • Coordinate logistics including venue booking, catering, and equipment setup.
  • Maintain and update event and sales databases to ensure accurate records.

Qualifications

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure.
  • Proficiency with MS Office and familiarity with CRM software.
