Responsibilities
- Plan and coordinate all aspects of events, including logistics, venue selection, catering, and audiovisual requirements.
- Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to understand event objectives and tailor experiences to meet their needs.
- Develop and manage event budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and adherence to financial guidelines.
- Source, negotiate, and manage vendor contracts and relationships to secure quality services and materials.
- Create detailed event timelines and run sheets to ensure smooth execution from setup to breakdown.
Qualifications
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years experience in event planning or coordination, preferably within a corporate or agency environment.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with clients, vendors, and team members.
- Proficiency in event management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
