We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Communications Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in supporting internal and external communications, helping to enhance our brand visibility and engagement across various platforms. This position requires a creative thinker with excellent writing and interpersonal skills, capable of crafting compelling messages that resonate with diverse audiences.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and write clear, engaging content for various communication channels including websites, newsletters, and social media.
  • Assist in managing and updating the company’s social media profiles to increase engagement and followers.
  • Coordinate and support internal communication efforts to ensure employees are informed and engaged.
  • Help organize and promote events, including press conferences, product launches, and community outreach activities.
  • Monitor media coverage and prepare regular reports on communication metrics and outcomes.

Qualifications

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in social media platforms such as LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, and Instagram.
  • Familiarity with content management systems and basic graphic design tools is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
