Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Agent to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our valued customers, providing exceptional service and support across various communication channels. The ideal candidate will be passionate about delivering a positive customer experience, resolving inquiries promptly, and building strong relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally via phone, email, and chat.

  • Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently and with empathy.
  • Document customer interactions and maintain detailed records in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with other departments to address and resolve customer needs.
  • Track and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and generate reports.

Qualifications

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s or bachelor’s degree is a plus.
  • Proven experience in a customer service role or similar position.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle challenging situations.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
