Position Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Events and Sales Assistant to join our dynamic team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and has a passion for both event coordination and sales support. As an Events and Sales Assistant, you will play a crucial role in helping to plan, execute, and manage various events while supporting our sales team to drive revenue and ensure client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the planning and coordination of corporate events, meetings, and promotional activities.
  • Support the sales team by preparing sales materials, presentations, and client proposals.
  • Maintain accurate records of event details, sales transactions, and client communications.
  • Liaise with vendors, venues, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
  • Coordinate logistics such as venue setup, catering, transportation, and audio-visual equipment.

Qualifications

Requirements
