Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support through various communication channels including phone, email, and live chat. You will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction by resolving inquiries, addressing concerns, and offering product and service information

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
  • Resolve product or service problems by clarifying customer complaints and determining the cause.
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies to customers.
  • Follow up on customer interactions to ensure issues have been resolved satisfactorily.

Qualifications

Requirements

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proven customer support experience or experience in a client-facing role.
