Job Description

Catch Vibe Voice is seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Service Account Coordinator to support client accounts and ensure a seamless service experience. In this role, you will serve as a key point of contact for clients, coordinate account-related activities, and work closely with internal teams to maintain high levels of client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate daily account activities and maintain accurate client records.
  • Serve as a primary contact for client inquiries and service requests.
  • Monitor account progress and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to support client needs and objectives.
  • Assist in preparing reports, documentation, and account updates.
  • Track project timelines and follow up on pending actions.
  • Identify opportunities to improve client service processes and efficiency.
  • Maintain professional communication with clients and team members.
  • Support onboarding activities and account transitions when needed.
