Job Description

Strive Global is seeking a reliable and motivated Maintenance Helper to support the upkeep and maintenance of facilities, equipment, and work areas. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy hands-on work, problem-solving, and contributing to a safe and efficient environment. The Maintenance Helper will assist with routine maintenance tasks, repairs, inspections, and general facility support to ensure daily operations run smoothly.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with routine maintenance and repair tasks throughout the facility
  • Support inspections of equipment, systems, and work areas
  • Perform basic troubleshooting and report maintenance concerns
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of maintenance tools and workspaces
