Job Description

Strive Global is seeking a detail-oriented and enthusiastic Events Assistant to support the planning, coordination, and execution of various events and promotional activities. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, collaborating with diverse teams, and ensuring every event runs smoothly from start to finish.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with the planning and organization of corporate, promotional, and community events.
  • Coordinate event logistics, including scheduling, venue preparation, and materials management.
  • Support event setup, execution, and breakdown activities.
  • Communicate with vendors, clients, and internal teams to ensure successful event delivery.
  • Maintain event records, schedules, and project documentation.
  • Help monitor event timelines and ensure deadlines are met.
  • Provide on-site support during events and address operational needs as they arise.
  • Assist with post-event evaluations and reporting.
