Job Description

Strive Global is seeking motivated and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Retail Staff in Fayetteville, NC. This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy working in a dynamic retail environment, assisting customers, maintaining store standards, and contributing to a positive team atmosphere.

As a Retail Staff member, you will play an important role in ensuring customers receive excellent service while helping maintain the overall success and appearance of the store.

Location: Fayetteville, NC
Salary: $45,000 – $50,000 per year
Job Type: Full-Time

Responsibilities

  • Provide professional and friendly assistance to customers.
  • Answer customer questions regarding products, services, and promotions.
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and visual presentation standards.
  • Assist with inventory management, stock replenishment, and merchandise displays.
