Job Description: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Clerk to join our dynamic team. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of our office by handling a variety of administrative tasks and supporting our staff with daily functions. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and organize office files and records accurately and efficiently
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence including emails, phone calls, and mail
- Assist in scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars for office staff
- Prepare and distribute documents, reports, and memos as needed
- Support office supply management including inventory tracking and ordering
- Greet and assist visitors, clients, and vendors in a professional manner
Qualifications
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification
- Proven experience as an office clerk or in a similar administrative role
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in using office software such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
