Job Description: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Clerk to join our dynamic team. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of our office by handling a variety of administrative tasks and supporting our staff with daily functions. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and organize office files and records accurately and efficiently
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence including emails, phone calls, and mail
  • Assist in scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars for office staff
  • Prepare and distribute documents, reports, and memos as needed
  • Support office supply management including inventory tracking and ordering
  • Greet and assist visitors, clients, and vendors in a professional manner

Qualifications

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent qualification
  • Proven experience as an office clerk or in a similar administrative role
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in using office software such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
