Job Description

Skillbridge Academy is seeking a motivated and ambitious Leadership Development Trainee to join our dynamic team in Hartford, CT. As a trainee, you will rotate through key functional areas, gaining exposure to strategic planning, team coordination, and performance management, all while being mentored by experienced professionals.
