Job Description

Elevare Branding is seeking a Team Leader to guide and support a team in achieving operational and performance goals. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys motivating others, organizing workflows, and ensuring that daily activities are completed efficiently and professionally.

The Team Leader will play a key role in maintaining productivity, fostering collaboration, and helping team members succeed while contributing to the continued growth of the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, motivate, and support team members to achieve daily and weekly objectives

  • Coordinate team activities and ensure tasks are completed effectively and on schedule

  • Monitor performance and provide guidance to help improve productivity and quality

  • Facilitate communication between team members and management

  • Assist with onboarding and training of new team members
