The Customer Service Assistant will support daily customer service operations while representing Hype Tier’s commitment to quality and efficiency. This role requires strong communication abilities, a proactive mindset, and the capacity to handle inquiries with clarity and professionalism. You will play a key part in maintaining positive customer relationships and ensuring smooth service processes.
