We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Events Assistant to join our team in San Antonio, TX. This role supports the planning, coordination, and execution of events of all sizes. You will work closely with the Events Manager and cross-functional teams to ensure every event runs smoothly, delivers high impact, and reflects the excellence of Lumina Agency Inc.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in planning and executing corporate and private events from concept to completion.

  • Coordinate logistics, schedules, vendors, and onsite set-up/tear-down.

  • Prepare event materials, documentation, timelines, and checklists.

  • Maintain clear communication with internal teams and external partners.

  • Support onsite event operations to ensure a seamless guest experience.

  • Track event inventory and maintain organized records.

  • Help with post-event assessments, reports, and improvements.
