We are seeking a Client Service Associate who will serve as a key liaison between GG Media and our valued clients. This role requires a proactive professional with outstanding interpersonal skills and a passion for providing exceptional service. You will work closely with internal teams to ensure that client expectations are not only met—but exceeded—at every stage of the process.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients through attentive and professional communication.

  • Collaborate with project managers and internal teams to coordinate deliverables and meet deadlines.

  • Address client inquiries, resolve concerns, and provide timely updates on ongoing projects.

  • Assist in the preparation of client reports, presentations, and service documentation.

  • Identify opportunities to enhance client satisfaction and business efficiency.

  • Uphold GG Media’s reputation for excellence in client experience and service integrity.
