We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Promotions Assistant to support our marketing and outreach initiatives. In this role, you will assist in coordinating promotional campaigns, managing event logistics, and ensuring the successful execution of initiatives that enhance SkillBridge Academy’s visibility and engagement. Responsibilities

  • Assist in planning and executing promotional events and campaigns.

  • Coordinate materials, logistics, and vendor communications to ensure seamless delivery.

  • Track campaign performance and prepare detailed reports for management review.

  • Support cross-departmental communication to align promotional efforts with institutional goals.

  • Maintain organized documentation of marketing activities and project timelines.

  • Contribute ideas and insights to enhance future promotional strategies.

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

  • Proven ability to work independently and within a collaborative team environment.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and general marketing tools.

  • Prior experience in promotions, events, or administrative support is preferred.
