We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Communications Agent to join our growing team. This role is ideal for a professional with strong written and verbal communication skills who thrives in a dynamic environment. The Communications Agent will support client communication strategies, assist in developing engaging content, and ensure all messaging aligns with brand values and goals.

Responsibilities

  • Draft, edit, and review internal and external communications.

  • Collaborate with team members to develop client messaging strategies.

  • Conduct research to support communication planning and execution.

  • Ensure accuracy, consistency, and professionalism across all client communications.

  • Assist in coordinating and delivering presentations, proposals, and reports.

  • Maintain organized records of communications and project updates.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field.

  • 1–3 years of experience in communications, public relations, or a similar role.

  • Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail and deadlines.

  • Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with communication tools.
