We are seeking a reliable and motivated Marketing Assistant to support our marketing operations. This role will assist in coordinating campaigns, tracking project performance, preparing presentations and reports, and working directly with cross-functional teams to ensure the success of various marketing initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns

  • Prepare marketing materials, presentations, and internal documents

  • Track campaign performance and compile analytical reports

  • Coordinate project timelines and ensure deadlines are met

  • Support the marketing team with administrative tasks

  • Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities

  • Maintain internal documentation and assist with vendor coordination

  • Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field

  • 1–2 years of experience in a marketing or administrative support role

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

  • Familiarity with CRM or project management tools is a plus
