Messa Sync is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Marketing Assistant to support our marketing team in executing campaigns, coordinating projects, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. This role is ideal for a professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to grow within the marketing field. Please note: This position does not involve social media management.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns and promotional strategies

  • Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to support campaign initiatives

  • Prepare presentations, marketing reports, and meeting materials

  • Maintain organized records of marketing activities and assets

  • Conduct market research and compile competitor analysis

  • Monitor marketing budgets and track campaign performance metrics

Qualifications
