We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and driving revenue growth. This role requires a proactive approach, strong communication skills, and the ability to understand and present our solutions effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and outbound outreach.

  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.

  • Conduct market research to identify trends and potential growth areas.

  • Present and promote company products and services to prospective clients.

  • Prepare proposals and negotiate terms to close sales.

  • Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to align strategies and objectives.

  • Track sales activities and prepare regular performance reports.

 

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in sales, business development, or a related role.
