We are currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team in San Antonio, TX. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting daily office operations, assisting management, and ensuring efficient administrative workflow. Responsibilities

  • Manage and organize company documents, files, and records

  • Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and take meeting minutes

  • Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed

  • Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence

Qualifications
