Job Description

As a Senior NodeJS Developer at BetaCraft Technologies, you will play a pivotal role in both backend and frontend development. You will lead software development projects, mentor team members, and ensure the timely delivery of high-quality software solutions. This role requires a balance of technical expertise, leadership skills, and a passion for coding.

Responsibilities - 

• Design, develop, and maintain applications using NodeJS and related technologies.
• Write code that is maintainable, readable, and follows good practices
• Lead the development of both backend and frontend components.
• Mentor junior developers and assist in their skill development.
• Ensure code quality, performance, and scalability of applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and deliver new features.
• Take full responsibility for project timelines and deliverables.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of experience in software development, with a focus on NodeJS.
• Proficient in JavaScript, NodeJS, and popular frameworks like Express.js, React, or Angular.
• Experience in full lifecycle software development, including design, development, testing, and deployment.
• Strong understanding of database technologies (SQL and NoSQL) and web services.
