Product Manager - Integrations, Ecosystem & Workflows
About this role
About Company
Revizto is an innovative company headquartered in Switzerland. We operate within the Architecture, Engineering, Construction, and Operations (AECO) industry, serving as the fastest-growing integrated collaboration platform. Our solution utilizes cloud and video gaming technology to support 2D and 3D workflow streams, enabling users to communicate and work with all project stakeholders in a unified environment. Revizto facilitates real-time coordination, automated clash detection, and issue tracking throughout a project’s lifecycle, helping thousands of global companies minimize rework and make informed decisions.
Location: Remote from France, Germany, UK
About the Opportunity
We are seeking a Product Manager to own how Revizto’s Collaboration Hub fits into our customers’ real-world workflows — across authoring tools, Common Data Environments, reality capture systems, BI tools, and AI assistants. This role sets the overall API and integration direction for Revizto (governance, design principles, Developer Portal, MCP strategy), while functional PMs own the APIs within their respective product areas. Your focus is end-to-end ecosystem workflows: how 3D models, point clouds, issues, clashes, and project data flow between Revizto and the systems our customers already use — via integrations, APIs, MCP, and supported exchange formats. Success means our customers experience Revizto as a natural part of their existing process, not another silo.
Where You Will Make a Difference
- Own end-to-end customer workflows that span Revizto and 3rd-party systems — from authoring (Revit, Navisworks, BricsCAD, Rhino, SketchUp) through coordination in Revizto, to CDEs (Autodesk Forma, BIM 360, Procore), reality capture pipelines, BI (Power BI), and downstream FM/operations.
- Set the overall API and integrations direction for Revizto: design principles, governance model, versioning policy and the Developer Portal experience at developer.revizto.com. Functional PMs own the APIs in their product areas; you own the playbook they follow.
- Drive the Revizto MCP Server roadmap and AI-assistant integrations (Claude, Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Gemini), defining how AI tools act on BIM, issue, clash, and project data through governed, auditable interfaces consistent with the Revizto AI Manifesto.
- Own the 3D data interoperability roadmap — model formats (IFC, FBX, glTF, native Revit/Navisworks), issue exchange (BCF), and point cloud / reality capture formats (E57, LAS/LAZ, RCP) — making sure customer data round-trips reliably between Revizto and their existing tools.
- Translate real AECO workflows into product requirements — clash coordination, design review, issue tracking, as-built verification, FM handover, BI reporting — by working closely with our customers and project teams.
- Partner with cross-functional teams—including Engineering, Product Experience, Security, and Marketing—to deliver high-quality releases and seamless partner integrations that feel like a natural, intuitive extension of the core product.
- Champion data sovereignty and compliance with Security and Legal — OAuth scopes, audit logging, customer-controlled LLM connectivity, and posture for SOC 2, GDPR, and the EU AI Act.
Who You Are
- 3–5 years of Product Management experience in B2B SaaS, with exposure to integrations, partner ecosystems, or interoperability work. AECO, geospatial, or other 3D/CAD-adjacent domains are a strong plus but not required.
- Familiarity with AECO workflows — BIM coordination, clash detection, issue management, design review. Curiosity about how construction projects actually run in the real world is essential.
- Awareness of the AECO software ecosystem: authoring tools (Revit, Navisworks, Civil 3D, BricsCAD, Rhino), CDEs (Autodesk Forma/BIM 360, Procore), and reality-capture stacks (Leica, FARO, NavVis,).
- Working knowledge of API technologies: REST, JSON, OpenAPI, OAuth 2.0, webhooks, and rate limiting. You don’t need to write production code, but you should be able to read an API spec and spot what’s wrong with it.
- Awareness of the Model Context Protocol (MCP) and the broader landscape of AI agents and function calling. Hands-on experience with MCP servers or clients is a plus.
- Strategic Thinking and Business Acumen: ability to connect integration and partner investments to revenue, retention, and competitive positioning.
- User Journey Thinking: ability to evaluate integration workflows from the end user's perspective, not just the data architecture. Comfortable working with Design teams to translate technical complexity into intuitive experiences.
- Analytical Reasoning: solid data-analysis skills covering integration adoption, workflow funnel telemetry.
- Prioritization & Problem-Solving: comfort with frameworks like RICE or MoSCoW, and the ability to decompose vague requests into shippable, governed workflows.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Architecture, or a related technical field; equivalent practical experience considered.
