Job Description

• Therapist Schedule Management: Coordinate the availability and day-to-day schedules of therapists, including processing vacation and time-off requests.
• Staff Communication: Regularly update and manage staff details in an online application, ensuring accurate information is available. Communicate with the team daily via email and phone calls to ensure smooth operations.
• Credential Management: Ensure that therapists' credentials (soft copies of documents and other paperwork) are securely stored and updated in the software.
• Onboarding: Conduct orientations and onboarding sessions for new team members joining the network, ensuring they complete the necessary paperwork and understand their roles.
• Account Management: Create and manage user accounts for therapists and clients on web portals and applications, ensuring seamless access to required resources.
• Training and Development: Develop and maintain a training calendar for the team. Prepare and distribute training materials and communicate training schedules regularly to ensure continuous development.

Qualifications

• Education: Any Bachelor’s Degree.
• US Healthcare Process experience is MUST. 
• Some one with clinical qualification (Nurse, Physical Therapist, Allied Health Professionals or similar background) and experience is preferred.
• Communication Skills: Excellent written and spoken English skills.
• Work Schedule: Comfortable with working in the IST shift from 9:00 PM to 6:00 AM IST from our Porur, Chennai office
