About this role

Job Summary

This is an entry position for someone who will run much further. We hire for trajectory. You operate and migrate SASE infrastructure for enterprise customers at the industry's highest service level. We run our own stack. Internal training brings you up on the product; you bring the networking.
You absorb fast, take ownership without being asked, and convert ambiguity into shipped work. You get pulled into your interests and go further than the situation required. If you are looking for a defined scope and a stable five-year plateau, this is the wrong role.

You will
 Migrate and deploy customer environments: firewalls, secure web gateways, ZTNA, SD- WAN, IPSec, hybrid cloud interconnect to Azure.
 Run high-stakes operations: incident response, root-cause analysis, change execution under customer SLA.
 Talk to customer engineers and architects directly. Communicate clearly, technically, and professionally.
 Automate. Python, bash, vendor APIs. Manual repetition is a defect.
 Coordinate with internal DevOps and platform teams on shared infrastructure.

Required
 Production experience operating enterprise network and security stacks at the CLI on devices that assume you know what you're doing. Advanced NAT, policy routing, BGP, OSPF, IPSec troubleshooting on the wire. You love tcpdump.
 Production experience with at least one major SASE/NGFW vendor: Fortinet, Palo Alto, Cisco, Zscaler, Netskope, Cato, or equivalent. Depth in one beats exposure to many. Transfer to our stack is your responsibility.
 Azure networking in production: VNets, peering, gateways, hybrid connectivity.
 Python or bash against vendor APIs in production.
 Customer-facing English on the phone, under pressure, with technical and non-technical counterparts.
 Hands-on every day. The CLI is where you live, the config is what you ship.

Preferred
 PCNSE, NSE 7+, CCNP Security, or equivalent depth.
 Bachelor's in CS, IT, or telecom, or a track record that makes the question irrelevant.
 MSP or carrier background operating against external SLAs.

On evidence
Anyone can write a good story now. We read for what you have done.
Send evidence. Projects you built, broke, and rebuilt. A homelab that outgrew any reasonable need. A scripting habit that started because something annoyed you. A configuration you reverse-engineered because the documentation was wrong. A hobby unrelated to networking that you have gone deep on.

Degrees and certifications are signals. Evidence is the thing.

On growth
We build small, high-density teams and pay competitively for the people who belong on them. Growth here means scope, ownership, harder problems, and compensation that tracks the value you create. Roles will evolve as the company grows.
If this is for you, you will know it on the first morning. You walk in and everyone around you is excellent at what they do, raising the floor you stand on. That is the team we are building, deliberately. If you want to be in it, we want to talk.
