Job Description

  • Greets, directs and provides appropriate resources to residents and visitors.
  • Manages incoming call queue.
  • Monitors, screens and unlocks exterior doors by utilizing camera’s and security system.
  • Creates and maintains an atmosphere of warmth, personal interest and positive emphasis, as well as a calm environment.
  • Coordinates service/maintenance calls.
  • Performs scheduled duties in an accurate and timely manner
  • Performs other duties as assigned

Hours & Compensation:

  • PRN/Per Diem Position
  • Shifts: as needed (week or weekends)
  • Holiday rotation
  • Pay: $15.00/hour

Qualifications

  • Minimum one (1) year of reception experience with heavy public contact, or in a security monitoring environment required.
  • High school diploma required
