Job Description
- Responsible for assisting in the processes necessary to meet monthly internal and quarterly SEC reporting requirements.
- Responsible for general ledger accounting for three properties
- Review monthly budget to actual variance reports and prepare variance explanations
- Prepare detailed quarterly and year end supporting work-papers
- External joint venture financial reporting
- Preparation of audited financial statements for joint venture partners and lenders
- Debt compliance; reserve draws
- Reconciliation of intercompany accounts
- Familiarity with treatment of related party transactions
- Interface with the company's external auditors
- Oversee the completion of ad-hoc reports and analyses as needed
- Interface with personnel throughout the company to maintain the proper flow of information
- Assist in preparation of annual budgets and quarterly re-forecasts
Qualifications
- 8+ years of finance/accounting and systems related experience
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Less than 10 years of related experience in a Fortune Organization
- Experience with JD Edwards EnterpriseOne, JD Edwards World and/or Microsoft NAV strongly preferred
- Experience with Oracle/Hyperion Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) applications, Kronos Time & Attendance and Ariba Procure-to-Pay preferred
Additional Information
$90K plus bonus
