Job Description
- Manage corporate marketing and sales finance
- Oversee balance sheet and P&L activity.
- Consolidate forecast, develop business plans, and coordinate the overall reporting package.
- Month end close for marketing and sales expenses
- Accruals, journal entries, bank reconciliations, analyzing variances, and preparing monthly forecasts.
- Present monthly financial reporting package
- Hold regular meetings with Marketing and Sales to review budget and update forecasts.
- Standardize and automate financial reporting utilizing data warehouse queries
- Assist with business strategy and recommend system and process improvements to drive efficiencies, cost savings, and improve financial transparency
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree Accounting or Finance
- MBA with concentration in Finance/Accounting preferred
- Minimum of 3-4 years’ experience in Finance experience in a fast paced large Corporate Finance environment
- Proficiency in MS Office applications with advanced Excel, Oracle Financials, Hyperion Essbase
