Responsible for:
Researching and applying tax knowledge to mitigate tax risk.
Gathering information necessary for tax filings
Preparing tax deferred documents
Working with OneSource and SAP to complete tax returns
Preparing Federal and State Corporate Income Tax Returns
Preparing of Tax Provisions under ASC 740
Main point of contact for IRS and State Tax Audits
Applying any changes in domestic tax legislation, rulings, regulations and litigation
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Accounting;
3-5 years of tax experience;
Experience with ASC 740
Experience with OneSource and SAP would be a plus
Additional Information
$100K plus bonus
