Stellenbeschreibung

IHRE ROLLE IN DER WELT VON DO & CO

Als HR Assistant (m/w/d) übernehmen Sie die Verantwortung für einen reibungslosen Ablauf aller internen HR-Prozesse. Sie unterstützen RecruiterInnen und ManagerInnen in organisatorischen und administrativen Aufgaben in den jeweiligen Bereichen:

  • Organisation und Koordination des Recruiting-Prozesses wie BewerberInnenmanagement, Interviewplanung, interne und externe Kommunikation und Onboarding Prozesse
  • HR Reporting wie Headcount, Fluktuation, Krankheitstage, Zeiterfassung an Führungskräfte
  • Unterstützung des HR-Managements im Tagesgeschäft
  • Mitarbeit an nationalen und internationalen HR-Projekten für Events wie Formel 1, das Filmfestival am Rathausplatz, das ESC Village in Wien, ATP Tennis- und Golfturniere und vieles mehr

Qualifikationen

WAS SIE AUSZEICHNET

  • 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren HR-Position, idealerweise in einem ähnlichen Dienstleistungsunternehmen
  • Technisch versiert; Erfahrung im Umgang mit HR-Tools, idealerweise mit SmartRecruiters
  • Hohe Eigeninitiative sowie eine strukturierte und genaue Arbeitsweise
  • Kommunikative, offene und verlässliche Persönlichkeit
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift; weitere Sprachen sind ein klarer Vorteil

UNSER ATTRAKTIVES ANGEBOT

  • Ein Anfangsgehalt ab € 3.500 brutto/Monat auf Vollzeitbasis (All-in-Vertrag) mit Bereitschaft zur Überzahlung je nach Qualifikation und individueller Vereinbarung

Ihr Dienstort ist in Wien, innere Stadt, gleich bei der Wiener Staatsoper. Eine gültige Arbeitsbewilligung für Österreich ist erforderlich.
