Stellenbeschreibung

  • Kreation und Umsetzung hochwertiger Dessertkonzepte für ein internationales VIP-Publikum

  • Einsatz bei Formula 1 Grand Prix Wochenenden im Paddock Club™

  • Sicherstellung unserer Qualitäts-, Präsentations- und Servicestandards

  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Culinary-, Operations- und Serviceteams

Offseason / Rennpause:

  • Tätig in einem unserer DO & CO Fine Dining Restaurants in Wien

Qualifikationen

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung in der Patisserie oder Küche sowie mehrjährige Erfahrung als Patissier im Fine Dining, in der gehobenen Gastronomie oder im Bereich Premium-Catering

  • Hohes Maß an Kreativität sowie ein ausgeprägtes Gespür für Ästhetik und Präsentation

  • Gültige Arbeitserlaubnis für Österreich

  • Wohnhaft in Wien oder Bereitschaft herzuziehen

  • Strukturierte Arbeitsweise 

  • Flexibilität und Bereitschaft zu internationalen Einsätzen

  • Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse, weitere Sprachen von Vorteil

  • Teamorientierung sowie eigenverantwortliches Arbeiten

  • Wir bieten einen Bruttomonatslohn von 5.500,00€, zusätzlich Extra-Vergütung für Einsätze bei F1 & Events
