Stellenbeschreibung
Als International Head Waiter (m/w/d) übernehmen Sie eine Schlüsselrolle im Herzen unserer exklusiven Hospitality-Welt:
- Während der Formel-1-Saison führen und verantworten Sie eines unserer Restaurants im legendären Formel 1 Paddock Club – dem exklusivsten Hospitality-Bereich an den Rennstrecken weltweit
- Außerhalb der Grand Prix-Wochenenden bringen Sie Ihre Expertise als Head Waiter in unseren internationalen DO & CO Restaurants ein und sorgen für einen reibungslosen Serviceablauf
- Verantwortung für den gesamten Restaurantbereich im Paddock Club während den Rennwochenenden
- Führung, Motivation und Training eines internationalen Service-Teams
- Sicherstellung höchster Service- und Qualitätsstandards für unsere anspruchsvollen, internationalen Gäste
- Persönliche Gästebetreuung auf höchstem Fine-Dining-Niveau
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Küchenchefs, Event- und Restaurantmanagern
- Unterstützung und Einsatz in DO & CO Restaurants außerhalb der Rennsaison
Qualifikationen
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung als Chef de Rang / Head Waiter im Fine Dining oder gehobenen Eventcatering
- Ausgeprägte Führungsqualitäten und Organisationstalent
- Freude am Arbeiten in einem internationalen Umfeld mit High-End-Klientel
- Belastbarkeit und Flexibilität – auch unter Zeitdruck in exklusiven Event-Situationen
- Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse, weitere Fremdsprachen von Vorteil
- Wohnsitz in Wien oder Umgebung
- Reisebereitschaft (weltweiter Einsatz bei den Grand Prix Wochenenden)
Zusätzliche Informationen
- Wir bieten ein Bruttomonatslohn von 3.500€, zusätzlich Trinkgeld sowie eine Extra-Vergütung für Einsätze bei F1-Events
