Job Description
- Accepting IT equipment deliveries
- Labelling and registering IT equipment in the ITAM module
- Carrying and moving goods
- Packing and unpacking IT equipment
- Loading and unloading lorries
- Preparing obsolete IT equipment for disposal
- Cleaning IT equipment before shipment and delivery to end users
- Preparing IT equipment for shipment
- Delivering and collecting equipment to and from end users
- Supporting IT inventory processes
- Managing storage space and maintaining order
- Transporting small and medium-sized IT equipment between client's offices in Warsaw and surrounding areas (if assigned to Warsaw HQ)
- Managing teams and coordinating tasks (Advanced profile only)
- Performing other duties as assigned by the supervisor
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree plus 4 years of IT relevant professional experience
- Minimum 2 years of working experience at similar position
- Knowledge of IT equipment and its components
- Experience managing storage space and spare parts stock, mainly IT assets and consumables
- Experience managing IT asset inventory
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel

Other Requirements
- Physically fit to perform assigned duties, including moving heavy boxes
- Ability to operate a hand pallet truck, including any required license
- Category B driving license
- Ability to use a personal car for transporting small and medium-sized boxes within Warsaw and surrounding areas (up to 50 km monthly, without additional fees, including all required permissions and insurance)
