Job Description

  • End-to-end management of the large scale audio video conferencing solutions through the complete service lifecycle
  • Daily administration of the audio video conferencing service
  • Daily monitoring of the audio video conferencing service
  • Daily troubleshooting of the audio video conferencing service
  • Supporting end users in the daily use of the audio video conferencing service
  • Maintaining up to date documentation including policies, technical documentation, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), user manuals, knowledge base articles etc.
  • Advising, proposing and implementing possible configuration improvements, changes or upgrades to maximise solution availability, usability, security and to follow the latest technology trends
  • Other specific duties as assigned by the supervisor

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree plus 4 years of relevant experience.
  • Excellent practical knowledge of enterprise class audio video conferencing solutions: hardware and software
  • Experience in the large scale design, deployment, administration, maintenance and support of the enterprise class audio video conferencing solutions
  • Excellent knowledge of routing, switching and quality of audio video services
  • Excellent communication skills (in written and verbal communication)
  • Open minded, excellent troubleshooting, analytical and problem solving skills
  • Very strong sense of responsibility
  • Accuracy and attention to details
  • Friendly, supportive and helpful personality with co-operative and service oriented attitude
  • Ability to work in stressful environment with minimal supervision
  • High level of motivation and initiative
  • Practical experience with simultaneous on-line interpretation solutions
  • Excellent knowledge and practical experience with Webex control HUB (administration)
  • Knowledge and experience as Sound Technician, Recording Engineer or Audio Engineer
  • Ability to create and maintain solution documentation
  • Good knowledge of English equal to C1 according to CERF.
